Family and friends, a quick note that in the initial 14-day post surgery period, minimal light, noise, and only very light movement are recommended. Little to minimal screen time. Lots and lots of sleep as my body and mind are getting used to new medications. I am trying to keep the phone in a separate room and only check once or twice a day. So while I may not have the ability to concentrate on responses to texts or notes, I am reading, appreciating and smiling at every one coming in. Thank you!

And thank you to my incredible Bhagavata-sevaya 300-Hour YTT 2018-19 teachers and fellow students for this gorgeous, amazing bouquet, vase and kind note that came in over the weekend to add so much beauty and inspiration to this space. How absolutely thoughtful and overly generous.

Thank you all for the continued prayers, positive thoughts, love and support. The wound on my head will heal and scars will fade over the weeks and months ahead. Your beautiful and uplifting support and incredible words and actions will remain with me forever.

In gratitude, and with my own wishes for your well being, health, and happiness. Thank you!
